Having the cell values is very helpful for the vim mode.
The newest versions of Alacritty introduced new color options.
I don't see much value of having comments in a file that will be imported in the general config.

This update adds new color options that were added on the last releases of Alacritty.
I tried to match the colors used on the vim plugin.
